A deposit of 400 euros, cash only.

A security deposit of €400 is required.
You have one week to pay 30% of the total amount, and up to one month before arrival to pay the full balance of your stay.
Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is included in your rental.
The cleaning package covers standard end-of-stay cleaning but does not include a full restoration in case of a complete lack of maintenance during your stay.
In such a case, an additional €100 fee would be charged.
